OUCHer is a project that helps people meet their emotional needs.
Jennifer along with Markus, a fellow Samaritan, created the vOUCHers book as a safe way to request the support a person feels they need by giving a simple vOUCHer.
The ‘vOUCHers’ book is complemented by online material, tips on how to offer emotional support along with useful mindful activities to explore.
